Step by Step Rental Guide
Welcome to the Online Rental Guide, this guide will provide a example rental taken by each step.
1. If you made it to this guide then you have already seen the opening rental screen. At this screen gather any information about brands, mouthpieces, and insurance from here and your band director before continuing the rental process. When you've felt enough research has been done simply
click submit to move to the next screen. *Note: The Promotion Box must be left empty
2. Once you proceed to the next screen
select your school district under the first drop down box for "location". This will allow you to access the next step.
3. Next select your
school from the drop down menu. This will allow us to recommend brands and supplies based on what your school information has provided. If you do not see your school listed please call the store. Once you've located your school click submit to continue.
4. Now you are at the instrument selection screen. High School Music Service bases its suggestions on brands and information provided by the schools. Choices in instruments should be decided before reaching this page by either research or instruction from the band director. You may even see the option "with mouthpiece" which means your band director would like you to have a specific mouthpiece. Once you have selected your instrument click on the "select" key next to t he instrument to reach the final screen.
5. Now you have reached the final screen. This screen will show your instrument and suggest some accessories. You may unselect certain accessories if you already have them or plan to get them later. Please fill in the rest of the information such as credit card and student name. Contracts will not be completed without all of the required information. This is also the screen in which you select which method of delivery you prefer. Once you have finished with this form, click submit information and you will be contacted via email when your rental is processed.
